Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Graze mobile application and related services ("Graze", "App", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Graze, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Graze. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

Graze is an AI-powered pantry management and meal planning tool. It helps you track pantry items and expiry dates, generates recipe and meal suggestions, and builds shopping lists. Suggestions, expiry estimates, and nutritional information are provided for convenience only and may not be accurate or complete.

Always use your own judgment regarding food safety, allergies, and dietary needs. Do not rely on Graze as a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or food-safety advice.

Graze offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Graze Pro") that unlock unlimited AI meal suggestions, unlimited pantry tracking, and additional features. Free accounts may use a limited number of AI suggestions per month.

• Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Free trial. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Managing & canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Prices. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and change over time. We will seek your consent for price increases where required.

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refunds are handled under their respective policies; we do not directly process payments or refunds.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload our systems or the App's AI services
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others
• Access the service through automated means except as expressly permitted

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Graze (such as pantry items and photos). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the App, including sending item photos and pantry data to our AI providers to generate suggestions. The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding your user content), is owned by Graze and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions, expiry estimates, or nutritional data will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graze and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of Graze after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
