Delete Your Account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Graze account and all data associated with it.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Graze account using either of the following methods:
Option 1 — In the Graze app
- Open Graze on your Android device
- Tap Profile (bottom-right of the main screen)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Sign Out
- Then email us at admin@afterscript.io with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account
Option 2 — Email us directly
- Send an email to admin@afterscript.io
- Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your Graze account
We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What Data Is Deleted
Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently deleted within 30 days:
- Your account credentials (email address, display name, profile photo)
- All pantry items, quantities, categories, and expiry dates
- Your shopping list and all items on it
- Saved recipes and taste history
- Dietary preferences, allergy information, and household size
- Camera scan photos uploaded to Graze
- Push notification tokens
- Subscription and purchase records held by Graze
What Data May Be Retained
The following data may be retained after account deletion:
- Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics — retained indefinitely. This data cannot be linked back to you or any individual user.
- Transaction records held by Google Play — Google retains payment and transaction records in accordance with their own policies. Graze has no control over this data.
- Legal or compliance records — where required by applicable law, certain records may be retained for the legally mandated period.
